New Delhi: A Delhi court on Monday sentenced former union minister Dilip Ray to three years jail following his conviction in the 1999 Jharkhand coal scam.

Ray, a Minister of State in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government, was convicted among others earlier this month.
The Special CBI Judge also awarded similar jail term to two others who were official in the Ministry of Coal at that time.
